Contact
There is no contact form on this site, because a form would mean collecting and storing what you type. Instead there is one email address, which reaches the people who write and review the course.
A plain email, from any address you like. If you are writing about privacy — asking what we hold about you, asking for a correction, or making a complaint — put Privacy request in the subject line, and we will reply within 30 days as set out in the Privacy Policy.

What we can help with
Corrections are the most useful thing you can send. If a step is wrong, a link is broken, an instruction no longer matches what an operating system actually does, or something is unclear enough to be misleading, tell us which page and what you saw. We fix the page and update the review date.
Questions about how the site is funded are welcome too, as are questions about anything in the legal pages. If something in the Privacy Policy or the Cookie Policy does not match what you observe in your browser, we want to know, because the two are meant to describe the same thing.
What we cannot help with
We cannot provide technical support for any game or any computer. We did not make the software, we have no access to any account, and we cannot see anything about your device. For a problem with a specific game, the vendor's own support channel is the right place, and it is the only one that can actually look at your account.
We also cannot give legal, financial or professional advice. Step 3 points to the Australian bodies that publish authoritative material on consumer rights, privacy and classification, and those sources are better than anything we could say in a reply.
We do not accept guest articles, link requests, sponsored placements or product submissions, and we do not run advertising on the site. Messages of that kind are deleted.
What happens to your email
Your message, your address, your name if you give one and anything you attach are held in a mailbox operated by our email service provider, which may store data outside Australia, and are used only to reply to you. They are kept for 24 months after the last message in the conversation, unless a legal claim requires otherwise, and they are never sold, rented or used for marketing. There is no mailing list to join, and we will not add you to one.
You can write to us pseudonymously. The only exception is a request to access or correct personal information, where we need enough identification to be sure we are not disclosing someone else's data to the wrong person.
