Privacy Policy

This policy explains what IGOA s.r.o. does with personal information in connection with the website at purepremise.online. IGOA s.r.o. is the entity responsible for that site and for this policy.

Personal information is handled in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, which the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner publishes at oaic.gov.au/privacy/australian-privacy-principles. The sections below walk through all thirteen principles in order and say what each one means on this site.

Scope. This policy covers purepremise.online and nothing else. When you follow a link away from this site — including the affiliate link to Enlisted at https://price-low.eu/a/73PqKhW7n2SR1YK — you are on someone else's site, governed by their privacy notice and not by this one.

APP 1 — Open and transparent management of personal information

This document is the whole of our policy and it is linked from the footer of every page. It is written to be read rather than skimmed, and it describes the site as it is actually built: a set of static HTML pages with one stylesheet and one short script, no database, no server-side processing of anything you send, and nothing loaded from any other server. APP 2 — Anonymity and pseudonymity

You can read every page of this course without identifying yourself. There is nothing to sign up for and no point at which you are asked who you are. If you email us, you may use a pseudonymous address and need not give your real name. The one exception is a request to access or correct personal information, where we need enough identification to be confident we are not handing someone else's information to the wrong person.

APP 3 — Collection of solicited personal information

We solicit almost nothing. Two categories exist.

Server access logs. Our hosting provider records the ordinary technical details of each request to the site: the IP address making the request, the date and time, the URL requested, the referring page if your browser sends one, and the user-agent string identifying your browser and operating system.

Email you send us. If you write to info@purepremise.online, we hold the message: your email address, your name if you include it, the text and any attachments.

Nothing else is collected. There are no forms, no input fields, no newsletter, no accounts, no progress tracking, no quizzes and no chat. The checklists do not record what you tick. There are no cookies, no web fonts, no analytics, no advertising or conversion tags, no profiling and no cross-site tracking. The site requests nothing from any other server, so no third party learns that you visited.

APP 4 — Dealing with unsolicited personal information

Sometimes an email contains information we did not ask for and do not need to answer the question — details about other people, documents, or personal circumstances volunteered along the way. Where it is lawful and reasonable to do so, we delete that material rather than keep it. If we are permitted to keep it, it is treated under this policy like anything else.

APP 5 — Notification of the collection of personal information

This policy is that notification, published before collection rather than after. The two categories in APP 3 above are the complete list, and the purposes, retention periods and recipients are set out in the sections below. The Contact page repeats the email part of it in plain terms at the point where you might write to us.

APP 6 — Use or disclosure of personal information

Access logs are used for security, preventing abuse of the site, and diagnosing faults. Email is used to reply to you, and to keep a record of the correspondence.

We do not use either category for anything else. Personal information is never sold, rented, traded or shared for marketing, and we do not disclose it to anyone except the service providers named under APP 8 who are necessary to run the site and the mailbox. We disclose information to a court, regulator or law enforcement body only where the law requires it.

APP 7 — Direct marketing

There is none. We do not send marketing email, we operate no mailing list, we have nothing to subscribe to, and we do not send reminders about the course. If you email us we reply to you about your message, and that is the end of the correspondence unless you write again.

APP 8 — Cross-border disclosure of personal information

Two providers hold data on our behalf: our hosting provider, which stores the access logs, and our email service provider, which stores the mailbox. We have not named them in this policy, and both may store or process data outside Australia, including in countries whose privacy law differs from Australian law. IGOA s.r.o. itself is established in the Czech Republic, so correspondence handled by us is handled there.

No other recipient exists. We do not transfer personal information to advertisers, data brokers or analytics companies, because we do not work with any.

APP 9 — Adoption, use or disclosure of government related identifiers

This principle has no application here: no government related identifier is adopted, used or disclosed by this site, and we have no reason to ask you for one.

APP 10 — Quality of personal information

The only personal information we hold that could be inaccurate is what you have told us yourself in an email. If something in our correspondence about you is wrong, write and we will correct it. We do not build profiles, infer attributes or enrich anything from other sources, so there is nothing else to be accurate about.

APP 11 — Security of personal information

The site is served over HTTPS. It has no database and stores no submissions, because there is no form to submit. Access logs sit with the hosting provider and correspondence sits in the mailbox; both the hosting account and the mailbox are reachable only by people working for IGOA s.r.o., using individual credentials.

Information is destroyed or de-identified once it is no longer needed for the purposes above, according to the retention periods below. We hold no security certifications and claim none.

APP 12 — Access to personal information

You may ask what personal information we hold about you. Email info@purepremise.online with Privacy request in the subject line. There is no charge for making a request, and we reply within 30 days. In practice, unless you have written to us before, the answer is usually that we hold nothing that identifies you, since access logs are not indexed by person and are deleted on the schedule below.

APP 13 — Correction of personal information

You may ask us to correct personal information that is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading. Use the same address and the same subject line, and the same 30-day period applies. If we decline a correction we will say why in writing, and you can ask us to attach a statement of your view to the information.

Purposes and retention, by category

Affiliate links

Some links on this site are paid affiliate links to Enlisted. Clicking one takes you off purepremise.online. From that point, the destination site and the affiliate network that operates the link may set cookies or use similar technology on their own domains to record that the referral came from us, under their own privacy notices, which we neither control nor can read.

IGOA s.r.o. receives commission reports from that network. They are used only to reconcile payments, and we do not seek, request or attempt to derive information identifying individual readers from them. We cannot tell which reader a given referral was.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site sets no cookies and uses no localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB, and there is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to. The Cookie Policy sets out, technology by technology, what was checked and what the answer was.

Complaints

If you think we have mishandled your personal information, write to info@purepremise.online first. We will acknowledge the complaint and answer it within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, which explains the process at oaic.gov.au/privacy/privacy-complaints.

Data breaches

If we become aware of unauthorised access to, or disclosure or loss of, personal information we hold, we assess it promptly. Where serious harm to any affected person is likely, we notify those people and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner in line with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

Children

This site is not directed at people under 16. It is written for adults, including adults setting a computer up for a young person. We collect nothing that is intended to identify a child, and we do not knowingly hold personal information about one.

If you are in the European Union, the EEA or the United Kingdom

IGOA s.r.o. is established in the Czech Republic, so European data protection law also applies to our handling of personal information.

Our legal basis for keeping server access logs is our legitimate interest in keeping the site available, secure and free from abuse. Our legal basis for handling email is taking steps at your request and our legitimate interest in answering correspondence. We rely on consent for nothing, because this site sets no cookies and runs no tracking of any kind.

Where that law applies to you, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. Use the contact address above to exercise any of them.

You may also complain to a supervisory authority. Ours is the Office for Personal Data Protection in the Czech Republic (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), uoou.gov.cz, and you may alternatively complain to the authority in your own country of residence.

Changes to this policy

When this policy is revised, the effective date at the top is updated. If a change is material, a note saying so is displayed at the top of this page for 30 days from the date of the change.
